SHIPPING INFORMATION: Unless expedited service is requested, we ship using USPS Priority Mail service. To make our merchandise more affordable, all orders are fulfilled using standard delivery, and tracked by PHAG customer service using USPS delivery confirmation. Standard shipping and handling charges will automatically be added to your order during the checkout process. All shipping and handling charges added to your order are based on domestic shipping rates. If you are requesting International shipping, PHAG will contact you regarding any delivery quote adjustments needed prior to shipping your order.

Our items are shipped either directly from the gallery of the artist/manufacturer or from the PHAG warehouse in Philadelphia. Unless otherwise noted, items in the on-line shop are available to ship in a maximum of three (3) to four (4) business days. A customer service representative will e-mail your merchandise shipment details upon receipt of your completed, on-line order.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. A store credit may be issued for merchandise returned within 30 days when accompanied by the original packing receipt. Custom product is not returnable, and custom orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be given in situations where an order cannot be fulfilled.
